Created a Video Conferencing System for Recruitment
Back in 2007 long before Teams and Zoom was created, I developed the first-ever video conferencing platform for interviewing candidates worldwide. Designed to cut costs and improve efficiency, this system allowed recruiters to conduct seamless, high-quality interviews across 52+ offices globally. Built on a Flash Media server, it provided high-definition video at a fraction of the cost of traditional conferencing solutions. A press release later confirmed its success, highlighting live interviews overcoming international firewalls and proving its impact on recruitment, training, and client collaboration a true game-changer in the industry.
