Hobbies & Interests
Outside of work, I’ve always believed that passion fuels creativity and mine takes many forms.
One of my biggest joys is cooking, especially teaching people how to prepare international dishes even if they’ve never cooked before. I’m currently writing a cookbook designed for total beginners, blending flavour, fun, and simplicity. It’ll have its own page soon, with step-by-step guides anyone can follow.
I’m also heavily involved in the live music world. As a lighting designer and drum technician, I sometimes join bands on tour, helping bring their shows to life with the right atmosphere and sound. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and keeps me connected to my love of live performance. This side of my life will also have its own dedicated section on the site.
When I’m not cooking or working with bands, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I’m an avid mountain biker, currently riding an Orbea Rise M20 carbon perfect for tackling trails and exploring new terrain. In winter, I head to the Alps for skiing, something I’ve enjoyed for years.
Back in 2017, I also earned my speedboat licence in Denmark and had access to a Bayliner for a while an incredible way to spend summer weekends out on the water.
Whether it’s creative, technical, or just adrenaline-fuelled, I love diving into new experiences and learning by doing.
